Use Cash for Real Estate Investment

How does it work?

  1. Apply to become a cash investor. Prequalification consists of a brief interview to determine if you're a good fit for our team.
  2. If you qualify, a personalized investment goal plan will be assembled as a team.
  3. Your cash will be used as capital to acquire one or more real estate investments for a minimum five-year term (covers down payment, closing costs and reserve fund)
  4. Positive cashflow will be split 50/50 every quarter for the duration of the investment.
  5. At the end of the five-year term, you can either cash out at this point or re-invest for another five-year term, it's that simple! If you cash out, you will receive your initial investment back in full and the profits will be split 50/50 from the equity gained!

  • While return on investments vary, typical returns are 40-60% total ROI, over 5 years.
